Once a humble 9-hole course, Caddington Golf Club has a rich and exciting history. Founded on the site in 1985, it quickly became a hotspot for Vauxhall Motors employees and the public. In 1995, the club was transformed into an 18-hole facility formed by the members of the Vauxhall Recreation Club. As an institution closely associated with Vauxhall Motors' employees, the club has remained open to the public since its inception.
In 2008, McGee Construction Group acquired the Caddington Golf Club and has since been dedicated to expanding the facility into a top-notch golf destination. Under the leadership of McGee Construction Group, the club has undergone significant upgrades and renovations to meet recognised standards in the golf industry. The goal is clear: to offer a world-class experience for members and competitors alike.
With a comprehensive Master Plan in place, the club is underwent a significant transformation that involves the importation of inert soil and a complete re-modelling of the course layout. Through the importation of inert soil and careful re-design, the facility now boasts 27 challenging holes, including state-of-the-art practice facilities. These changes have solidified its position as a competitive force in the area. McGee's vision and investment in the club have made it a premier destination for golf enthusiasts seeking a first-class experience.

I played today with my son, and I am a beginner or average player. The course is great lots of space and great greens. It is quiet and peaceful, and the people are so friendly a great course to play and challenging, and the 9-hole is also very good, as been on there before, but the 18 is a great course

Played Sunday afternoon for the first time. Peaceful and quiet. Course in excellent condition for the time of year. A pleasure to play, and I will be back again soon. I’ll be hoping for a few flat putts next time. Shout out to the grounds staff and the friendly bar staff.
